The most dangerous thing I did is swimming in the river when I was almost 14 years old.
My junior high school teacher baned us from swimming river because there were so many accidents in rivers through Japan in those days. But, children like to do something that was prohibited. My friends and I went to the river to swim and to catch fish. We had good time with my friends, however, unfotunately I was washed away in the river. I struggled to approach the shore, but I did not. But my friend, John noticed my absence and chased me. Fortunately, he reached a branche for me and I could step the land eventually. It was the most dangerous experience for me.

The most dangerous thig I have ever done happend I was snowboading with some friends. I am a beginner, so usually I only go down easy couses, but one time I tried to follow my friends down an expert course. I lost control and hit my chest on a tree. As a result, I broke two of my ribs and had to go to hospital. I could have been more injured, for example I could have hit my head. Although I didn't think that snowboading itself is really dangerous, but this experience have taught me that I need to be more careful and to understand my limits.
